Having trouble opening your files? Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you access and use your templates correctly.


Common Issue: Trying to Use Files Directly from the ZIP Folder


When you download our templates, they come in a ZIP folder containing multiple file formats such as Google Docs links and Microsoft Word documents. It's important to extract (unzip) the contents of this folder before you can use the files.


Here’s how to properly unzip and open your files:


Step 1: Download Your Purchased File

Download your purchased file. It will likely be downloaded as a ZIP file.


Step 2: Extract the ZIP Folder

To unzip the folder, follow these instructions based on your operating system:


For Windows:
  1. Right-click the ZIP folder.
  2. Select “Extract All...” from the context menu.
  3. Choose a destination folder where you want the files to be extracted.
  4. Click “Extract.”


For Mac:
  1. Double-click the ZIP folder.
  2. The contents will be automatically extracted to a new folder in the same location.
